A Case of Recurrent Herpes Zoster of Systemic Lupus Erythematiosus Patient

Abstract
herpes zoster has long been considered to be reactivation of a latent virus in the dorsal root ganglion. Some factors have been implicated as activators of herpes zoster including malignancy, irradiation, trauma, and cytotoxic drugs. Recurrent
herpes
zosters have been rarely in SLE patients.
We reported a case of recurrent herpes zoster in a 35-year-old man who had developed in left C7-T1 dermatomes during the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with corticosteroid Histopathological findings revealed balooning degeneration of
the
epidermis.
